Twister: We The People!

We the people of color especially those of the Black Community have gone from stop raising their children by the parent to the grandparents, and this have cause a catastrophe with the up bringing of children and the communities. This is brought on by two things, the first is young girls giving birth to babies, with out a way to take care of them or know how since they themselves are children. The young man is almost free from responsibility because he is a teen himself who are not yet grown, and can not offer any assistance in the child's up bringing he is either in jail, or he ignores the fact that he is a father.

The second is the drop out rate from school is extremely high, with out an education our young are destined to fail this puts the community farther in poverty depending up on food stamps with out any other means of surviving.

There were a time that the black male was in the homes, but this was ruin when it was clear that black poor and some whites needed help, this is where Welfare began which blacks was told one story and the whites another, blacks were told that the male counter part had to move out of the home and only the woman and children were allowed to remain in the home to make sure that the woman and his children could live he moved out (or appeared to). White's were told that the male counter part could live in the home, and the program was called Welfare/Unemployed, allowing them to get a hand up not a hand out which was given to the Black Community further putting it at risk of becoming poorer yet further.

This writer is not blaming all of Black Man's woes on the white, but just pointing out a few things that has cause the communities not to grow, Now there is another problem, our schools are over crowded our teacher are not the best although our pay scale, (here in Illinois)the Chicago Board of Education pays teacher a higher rate than our suburb do. Yet we are unable to attract good teacher because of over crowding and inattentive parents who do not take an interest in their children education or unable to do so! With out an education there is no survive, employer are not hiring at the level of a high school graduate any more.

The community must figure out how to get our children inspired again. One of the things that should be clear is truth which begins in the home. Know what your child is doing your child is doing inside and out of school. The second thing is to stop sitting and waiting on someone other than self to do thing for you. For instance stop sitting with your head down holding it in your hand, stop marching and start checking on what is going on in your home and around it. Stop marching with sign that make no sense especially since some of you know the Gangs that are shooting and killing and drugs selling because they lives in your homes. You have the power, it just takes hard decisions, all at some time, have to make hard decision that hurts, but it must be done, In order to keep children and the communities safe. Safe from those who by society and the community have deemed harden criminal although they are a part of the family it must be made to understand that you are not going to protect them while watching their destructive manner in which they are tearing down the community and destroying the family. A community and the school should be made safe for children going to school and in school. A child can not study or keep his or her mind on what is going on in the class room if worried all of the time. It is adults who must make them feel safe, take the police force out of the school start speaking up and reporting those who would hurt any child take back your community.

It Is Your Time To Step Up! Stop Political officials who are running for office from coming into your churches making talking points but make you no promises, and if they do get your vote and get into office they forget all about the promises made to you. Use your vote as well as your voice to began to turn things around, for you and your community. You have the power to control everything that have been mention in this blog, but it is up to you to use the tools that you have and if you start talking up for yourself and get other to join there is nothing that can stop you. What can you loose if there is nothing to loose in the first beginning. Encourage Your community to come together instead of fighting and killing each other began to fight as other do with words and your votes. You hold your child's and the community future in your hand. Now Is The Time To Act.
